There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

The walls were like cardboard, you could hear everything , doors slaming, and It was hard to sleep, room was next to train track, 2,3 am you could still hear the trains. otherwise was fine, but it was not confortable to sleep because everything sounded as if it was inside your room.

Property is a bit dated but room was clean and quiet. A few restaurants on site but we didn't try. We went into town to the cafes and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
